Good to know
Is the revision content free?
Yes. Every note, quiz, exam-style question, flashcard, video and past paper link is free, with or without an account. Plus adds tools on top. It never locks revision content away.
How does the free trial work?
Your first Plus subscription starts with 7 days free. Whoever pays adds a card on Stripe's secure page, but nothing is charged during the trial, and we'll email a reminder before it ends. Cancel before the end and you pay nothing. Otherwise the plan you chose starts and the first payment is taken. There's one free trial per account.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Account → Your plan → Manage billing. Plus carries on until the end of the time already paid for (or the end of the trial), then the account goes back to free.
What happens to my progress if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your answers, scores and subjects stay on your free account, and your revision timetable is kept for if you come back to Plus.
Who can pay?
You can pay yourself with a card. If you're under 18, it's a good idea to check with a parent or guardian first. No card? Add a parent's email on the Plus card and we'll send them a secure link: they can pay on Stripe without making an account.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel within 14 days of your first payment and get a refund, less a fair amount for the days already used. Email privacy@genious.co.uk to ask. After that, cancelling stops future payments, and Plus runs to the end of the time already paid for. See the terms.
Is AI marking always right?
No. AI marking is done by an AI, which can make mistakes. It's a helpful second opinion, not the final word: check its feedback against the mark scheme, and ask your teacher if you're unsure.
